You are forgetting the costs.. the WoW team, game development, server costs, customer service etc etc.. Those cost WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY more than joymax's has costs.. So no, it could very well be that joymax EARNS MORE. Relatively they earn more in any case..

The reason why WoW has more support is because they have the cash to do so. Silkroad is barely cutting the margin and don't have enough left over for a support team.

doubt that, if you saw what the server costs are, and what gms, telephone personel etc cost, you'd most likely think otherwise aswell..

If you had friends who have worked at Joymax, you'd probably agree with dom

@ Guys saying JM makes 1.6Bil etc.etc. to the best of my knowledge it's bullshit. They just have a huge industry in iSRO, so iSRO might be BOUGHT for 10mil+ USD, or maybe a larger number. (That's what Aust_ZoRRo or whoever wrote) I really don't think JM is raking in 1.6Bil a year.

No but seriously, some one posted Joymax's earnings of 2006 and it was in the area of 1,600,000,000 USD.

I'll try and find it, but every google search I do turns up with some gay .pdf file.

Joymax will never find its way out of the massive shadow that Blizzard casts on the MMO world. If Joymax made as much money as Blizzard does in one month off World of Warcraft, not only would they ditch SRO, they would all buy a mansion and live the rest of their lives in luxury.

Wow easily makes 98%+ of the money blizzard makes, they might sell 1 or 2 copies of wc/sc each month, but it is nothing compared to the revenue of wow.

I did contact them, and they gave an automated message saying i was botting omg.

I got banned for 3 days for repeatedly saying "****" to a GM. 1-2 emails later and I was back online questing about 45 minutes later.
