So I'm doing my very first trade run at lv20. I'm pure str bowman so this is possible. About five minutes after leaving Donwhang, I get surrounded by an earth ghost, demon horse, and four thieves. I have to run picking them off one by one just to survive. To make things worse, some retarded kid starts attacking my camel. He does hit and run.

After taking care of the huge mob, I try to kill him. But apparently, attacking someone who's attacking your camel puts you in the offender state. So I stop and try to reason with him cause I don't wanna be a murderer. I ask him why he's attacking and he says it's cause it's funny. He then demands 40k for him to leave. Hellz nah bro. So at this point I'm panicing cause I don't know what to do.

Then I realize...if he kills my camel, he'll be a murderer. I tell him that, but I think he was under the impression that I'm bluffing or something, cause he kills my camel anyways. BOOM. He's under murderer status now. That scared noob runs away quickly. But I'm laughing my ass off cause soon he's gonna be surrounded by a mob of people waiting to get a chance to kill him.

they should've left it that attacking the offender doesn't make you offender,
now higher lvls, especially euro warriors, can mess with lowlvls by buffing them then knocking them around if they are at some distant training spot.

If I kill him then he just gets to walk away with a measly 2% exp penalty. I'm glad I let him kill my camel and get the murderer status. Now he's @#$%ed. But it's good to know that you can kill offenders without being a murderer.

I thought they fixed offender. Last time I was at Isy though, someone went pink on me, so I went to kill him and I got pink.. glad I didn't kill him and only whacked him with a regular attack. THEN.. i got killed by everyone else there.. Made no sense. He was attacking me constantly still when I started and stopped attacking him. idk how that shit works.

its pretty easy to use murder status for our advantage, for example, we were at isy, some 7X uni mates and some 6X and 5X, they let me get kill (lvl 52), so they were there just to help, after 3mins, a 7X rogue comes, and (ofc a turk) he starts to annoy us, and he starts attacking,... Lets, say Player A attacked TURK, Player A got pink name, (then stops attacking) TURK attacks PLAYER A but doesnt kill him (fail) so, PLAYER B (from pt) kills the TURK, and we are all happy. So if someone comes to you, same lvl or higher, dont attack, cuz it may be a trap
