That's a pretty nice build for that price though you can get equivalent RAM for much cheaper.

There´s a lot of people that cna help you with a nice build, suited for your budget.
If you can spend $1000 then obviously there´s gonna be a huge performance boost compared to a $550 setup, which can also be good enough, but then again that also depends on what you use it for. You should really try to describe that a bit more plus your budget
