Trolls = persons who taunt/aggro irl, to see people argue over a ridiculous thing. The statement that cs:source is for pros and cs 1.6 is for noobs, is exactly opposite to the truth, and thus making it obvious that the poster is a troll.

Human eye can notice difference between 30 and 60 fps easily. Test it for yourself: put your screen on 30hz refresh rate and then to 60hz refresh rate.
Also games, movies and real life are totally different in the fps section. Real life and movies have motion blur(move your hand in front of your face right to left, see the blur?), games do not have this thus they need higher fps, else it stutters. You can't play a blurry game (imagine everything being blurred when you make a quick 180) so there is no motion blur, to make up for this convenient real life feature there's the need for more fps!
75 fps is close to everyone's top, to keep the screen 100% fluid there should be a decent margin to make room for fps drops during explosions and the likes. 100 FPS total should be sufficient to play a game without ANY chance of an fps lagg, given that the maximum fps drop can not exceed 25.
If I'm wrong please correct me, I have a strange interest for fps and it's role in games/real life/movies.
