The Necessity of Fire?
The Necessity of Fire?
So I'm wondering what your opinion would be. I'm a level 72 pure int s/s and I realized that the only fire skill I use is the buff (+magic defense, can't remember the name). The lightning nukes IMO are much better than the fire, and I don't want to see an entire skill tree filled with wasted SP.
I'm thinking of completely deleveling Fire and having 70 light/70 cold/70 bicheon.
What do you all think? Good idea or Blasphemy?

Thats incorrect, flame wave wide is the strongest nuke and fire imbue still does more damage. For the current cap it's still probably fine to have 80 fire but your gonna have to de-lvl it at 90 cap.

light nuke maxed can make more dmg than flame wave wide BUT flame wave wide is more balanced.. i mean, eg: light can make dmg from 7k till 9k, and then fire can make 8k till 8,5k. Hope you understand it :>, anyway at the 90 cap you would need light over fire so taking the would delvling will be hard enough..

light 90, ice 90, force 90, bicheon 30
thats the "secret" ultimate owning s/s int build that is hotly discussed in cSRO right now (90 cap)
most cSRO players already agree that light nukes do more dmg than fire at cap...and more and more ppl are starting to get rid of fire...
force 90 i saw in posts is as gd as warlock's debuff, lowering enemy def, parry ratio etc while increasing ur mp etc.
not sure if iSRO 90 cap update will be exactly same as cSRO though

lol, that sounds pretty crazy. not sure if I want to "experiment" on my nuker in the making though, any chance you can link some info or something on it?
For a nuker, I would rather have constent damage so i like fire. Light can either hit high or low. btw fire has stronger nukes at 100cap. Why wont you be pure nuker for 90 cap, you can be 90 fire, 90 lightning, 90 ice and like 30 weapon. Then when the 100 cap comes out, you can choose which one you like better and delevel the other one.

ok i try to find the post and translate it... it gives detail explanation on force 90 and explains why fire should b given up
anyway glaive is considered weaker in 90 cap as there is no new skill and the dmg increase of all skills are not much compared to other weapon trees/nukes...but thats juz cSRO

Yes...because we're clearly talking about clerics.

Well, I completely de-leveled fire, brought Lightning up to 72, cold to 70, and heuksal to 60, and stayed with my s/s.
Unconventional, yes, but all I do nowadays is grind on hunters/snipers so the lightning nukes are perfect for me. Maybe later on when I do my sp farming I'll go to a 80 light/80 cold/80 fire/60 heuksal, and see how that goes.
