Bard or Clerick?

Im thinking of making a new charecter and i am stuck between which buffers to get (cleric or bard). I know both can be useful in a party(s)but which would you prefer to have in your party? I know Clericks can res and heal more but bards have more buffs to give.

depends what your other mastery will be.

take both for the ultimate buffer

I would personally take bard..cause there aren't many of them and they are really needed

both are good. lets see...you could also do one of them as main and the other one as sub. so like bard/cleric. i tried both chars and both were fun. the cleric levels pretty fast cuz it rules in parties. the bard starts off slow since it only has one buff that you keep on using..the mana cycle one, until lvl 20 when u get your first 'dance'. after that, the bard lvls pretty much as fast as cleric. its up to you.

cleric: shield+light armor
bard: robe

+1 So you can also use the cleric mastery to wear light armor as a bard. Works fine for me.
