Do they stack?
As in the mag attack boost from warlock and bard. Say I was to go both would the passives stack?

The passives for Warlock and Bard don't stack. I think the warlock passives only apply to active attack skills in the warlock tree, and bard is probably the same way.

Yup, they are specific. The passive usually states what the weapon requirements are, or the skill tree it affects.

In about every description its stated for what line of skills it helps and what kind of weapon you would need to have equipped. So they dont stack
