Highest lvl NPC?

As a Thief I have always wondered what teh highest lvl NPC a Hunter would come across while escorting multi stars.

I have often thought that SRO is biast towards us Thiefs and give the Hunters more of an advantage by making thier spawns easier too deal with

LvL 86 mobs are teh highest I have seen so far.. usually while I have carried a 4*

Do they get much higher?

i think i fought an 87 champion thief before.

89 champion on me full elephant.

I've fought 88 thief spawn off a level 80 trader.

The higher level your thief is, you should get higher lvl npc hunters......dunno if it is implemented.

I saw 88lvl champion once.

88 so far, although back when they had that "trade glitch" w/e you want to call it where you go over 5* and spawn 25 thieves, every thief was around 90+ 96 ect.... Never check to see if there were 100+ ones

I loved that bug, we did a 5* with a lvl 48, spawning level 60-80 thieves. lots of fun.
