I'm soon 80, took me 2 years (just about) of on and off playing. I've taken a few breaks from grinding that have lasted 2 weeks ~ 1 month each. If you don't enjoy grinding, you won't enjoy Sro (Unless you...=|). You can buy Gold/silver tickets for EXP/SXP and such to make leveling faster, and if you like gold/items a pet can help immensely, but it's up to you. MMO's seem to be a long commitment game, that is, if you play to be level 80, because some people DO have fun at lower levels
If you run gold tickets and Power lvl. It would only take you 6 months Tops. 3-4 Hours a day. This may incluse some over night P-lvl's when your a lower character. Just sit or trace and let thim kill/ Im 79 ATM. Been playing on ODIN. Maybe 5 months. I completed all my quests as well. The caves realy helped when turning in quests. That was 10 levels right there.
Well I bought a prem and it's gonna run out tomorrow. I bought it when my char (euro cleric) was lvl 12. I'm 60 now. So 60 in about a month. It'll probably take another month to get 80. Euros are wayyy easier to lvl because of the party play.
And on my first char (chinese nuker) I got 72 in 2 months with no premium till 69.

No, that's only true for most legits. A Euro party grinding three hours a day on a ticket will be capped and farmed for one class in 3 months.
A legit Chinese can be capped in farmed in about 4-5 months.
Legits should not be slow leveling, low leveled and weak. Legits can and will be strong. It's that kind of mentality which starts to break down the community.

Not two years lol. If you use a euro and 0 gap all the way through with a ticket, yes it would take two months. Stick to one class so you don't have to worry about farming.
As for chinese...a glaiver or blader might take two years if you use no ticket all the way through. But not a nuker with prem...
Hey, well a friend of mine just farmed 400k sp in 2 weeks getting pwrlvled. So he can 0 gap all the way to 80. He is sth. around 72 now after like 4 weeks so well get pwrlvled and u will have an easy way to 80 xD. I think it can be done in about 2 monthes.
With a pure int in a month with xp/sp ticket you should be able to get to 60 easily and that's solo grinding with all the party's going on now you should be able to get much higher.
For a legit player 2 months to get to 80 is about right but this could vary depending on your build and if you farm or not before 80.

2hours a day will take you a long time to get to 80 but 3hour GT time each day (6hours without gt) can get you pretty far if you love the grind might take you 6 months to a year to hit 80, depends on your build and people you grind with.
just don`t waste your time with the e-pennis contests.
