yup, 20% snow shield 2:1 have enough hp to tank some damage, I thing anything more than 25% is too much, if wizards do combustion on you, its over.

im a sort of 1:2 hyibrd (70:70) and i'm able to run a 45% snowshield
if 20% is nuff for you, it's oke

depend on how much you want to tank compared with offence power,
but since you already have some decent hp 20% must be ok.
