log in problem

yo can u help me about this problem...
sometimes when im trying to log in i couldnt coonect.
i saw the server just populated but still cant log in.
i typed my ID and PW then the code..after i entered, took so long before the response and it says "Failed to connect(c9)i dont understand why is that so...the server is just populated.and i couldnt say that the problem is in my pc coz i hv 3g and 512 ram...but im not saying it always happen..sometimes i couldnt log in even the server is populated and sometimes i could get in easily...just wondering why it happend sometimes...and my other problem is...my char got delay moves...thats too annoying to play..i can't enjoy playing when its delay moves and lag...

help me plz xD

This bug is pretty much caused by network connectivity or someone already connecting from your IP. Check if your router has a built-in firewall.

SRO lets only 5 connections from the same IP address. If you are playing SRO in an internet cafe and there is 5 people playing SRO already it is normal for you to get that error.

Ogh by the way ... Check if your server is under inspection or not at that moment which you get that error.
