He looks like Majin Boo from Dragon Ball Z ^^ Again funky work from you. The text is working out great for me, although it can use some color variations. Also for effects you can try making shapes using circle tool with darker colors on empty spots ^^ It might look tacky but you can try it and see how things work out.

The one thing that bothered me was the white edges, if you took a biiiiit more time and went farm enough to erase them all, it'll be a great piece!

I soooo hope you drew that capt'n underpants yourself, because for the rest I kinda don't really see something 'fab'

hmm somehow i think that u just took the pic copy past it in pants and removed the white around him=/
but thats just me =x

wow lmao i know this is mean but i actually thought the waves u made with the airbrush on the left were Chinese text. then i looked closely and realized it wasn't Chinese text but aribrush :D :)
