Fort War glitch...?

it seems that I cannot attack the people on the gate 99% of the time. I am a bower and I get the "Cannot attack due to obstacle" deal everytime I go to do a skill. Has anyone else experianced this, or is it just a server glitch or what? I just can't get my head around this one because they sure as hell dont have any problem attacking me lol. Lemme know if you have any ideas about it.

same problem for me i cannot attack generally (i use earthquake if i can attack ) but this is unfair

okay, i'll try that in 2 weeks if I even try to get up that early for another disappointment lol. thanks for the advice.
