I CANT SEE PEOPLES SHOULDERS, HORSES BACK, TREES, ¡HELP!!!!!

Can someone help me?
i can play normally, but the thing is that i cant see some characters shoulders all the way down to hands (excluding hands), i cant see the back legs of horses, some animals like camels, some trees ( but some others i can) my face in the box at the top left side of the screen, my body when i open the inventory window showing the things im equiping.
IS THIS A COMMON ERROR???????????????????''
HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS???????????????????????

I ALREADY TRIED REINSTALLING THE GAME AFTER INSTALLING THE NVIDIA UPDATE (CAUSE I HAVE NVIDIA)

can you say the brand and model name of your video card?

it sounbds like a video card problem

go to ingame options go find where u can maximize the draw distance.. to 5.. improve the texture quality

or just get a new graphics card :roll:

....mine is reeeeaaallly old, way back from the year 2000, and some games didnt run for me because of it, but i never got any trouble on SRO.... try lowering the graphics quality in the options to LOW, that way your graphic card might be able to handle it!
