i need help with the "???s"

hey guys,
i want to join at cSRO
but the prob is that istead of corean or chinese? words my pc only shows "???" at the registration page.
i followed ur guide and i need a corean or chines? name but without corean or chinese? language i cant.
could some one help me get the "???" into a language.

use google translator
and you dont have to have a chinese login name
just a chinese name like andrew translated into chinese would be 郑家富


go to
http://www.google.com/language_tools

and select english to chinese[simplified]

and just copy and paste

but you do have to make a new account

remember only your real first name has to be in chinese. your login name can be english
