Chinese To Europa Character's !!

I'am a new player in Silkroad online Europa ( Not Chinese ),
and i want to ask you people and silkroad admin's, CAN I CHANGE MY CHINESE CHARACTER TO EUROPA CHARACTER AND HOW ??!
Or maybe can i do it with ``Character Skin Change Scroll`` '-' !?

srry but that impossible. and just imagine it was possible. a chinese full intilligence nuker lvl 80 becoming a lvl 80 euro wizard. that would simply throw the entire game of balance.

I just think Europa character's are toooo bad, i mean when a monster lvl 35 and iam 38 just if he hit me he took very much hp from me !!

Depends on.
When you're full STR you wont notice much, when you're full INT, it could hurt a bit..
