Couple of days before, i plvled our union at penons for 4-5 hours! Ask Linkat how it went. She got a couple of lvls out of it. I even posted the pt in union chat to get max 8 ppl in the pt. They dont just sit on horse, the tanker buffed me, the cleric buffed me, bard heals my mana, rogues pulling mobs. I told them what the best thing to do in a pt and they learn a lot from it. They're being active and used what they have learned in that pt. I felt so good about it. It made me did the same thing the next day on yetis. And guess what? I did it when i dont have ticket time! Why is it hard for u to understand we care about our ticket? When we have nothing to do, FOR SURE we will help anyone. But if u always begging and begging for it, it'll look like we HAVE to do it and when we dont, we'll look bad. That is what u did when u create this stupid topic. U're being a lazy a.ss and whine about everything. I have had enough of u and i'm glad u left. I thought u're cool but u just an emo s.hit and an attention seeker. U're a guy and u sounded like a 12 year old girl. Grow up for God sake!

soo what i wanna kno is is he the only 6x in that union? Id be pissed if all the 6x's got powerleveled and not me.
Seems like its a non-powerlvling union though, so Niton should go cry in a corner or build ur own exp share party and grind like the rest of avalon did.

Though it'd be nice if avalon put a day aside for simple plvling for an hour or two. I'm sure uve got a handful of 80s with one person willing to do it. You'd only grow stronger.
If the noobs keep asking for plvl and get greedy, just tell em to stfu and stop the plvling process.

Yup, that's what i did. I plvled our union at penons and yetis. I always remind them not to ask as i will only do it when i feels like it. And they didnt ask for it since then.

There;s plenty of Lv6x in the guild. They all got themselves there, and continue to go higher on their own. Not even our low levels beg for plevel, they go about on their own either soloing or starting parties.

I have always frowned on PLing but several people DO volunteer their time. That is a gift as far as I am concerned. What you end up getting from it unfortunately is people who cant take a gift and want a continual service.

The other side of this is that Avalon is a ventrilo using guild. Ive told them all, if you dont use it, you are going to feel left out. It is where we communicate. Even people for whom english is a second language have adjusted to Vent quite well. Others stay out and then complain about a lack of communication. I do not feel the least bit sorry. If you dont have a mic, come in and at least listen so you feel like a part of what is going on. We have used this program so long that most of us dont type much anymore.

So Niton got hit with a double. He likes PL and he doesnt like Vent. Avalon is lacking for him on more than one level. He may blame my ego, I have hardly played in a month due to illness, but it's really just a lack of compatibility with our rules and methodology. Just quit and no hard feelings. Go join Vengeance and start on Hera.

As you can see from my signature, i just left avalon, for no reason. From what you are goin to hear is the reason and the big negativity which lies beyond them, avalon. sry, noobvalon.

If people would take so much pride/credit of their achievement and constantly portraying it on daily basis makin me staying in avalon will have such a great impact on my communication towars the other. If there is more nicer people i can talk to outside the range of my position (as 100% legit) rather then sitting in a guild while only chatting with few people who really cares about the lowbies (I'm 64 consider lowbie btw), hence my whole virtual social would havent been great, making the game less fun anyway. I laugh sometimes when the authority have to tease the other guild of losing gw/fw but you dont have to treat them constantly as loser as anyway.

Appreciation towards the others is so vital that it is requisite for stronger community. When some few people union that they want to leave venus and went to hera, do you scold them? If fly really does decide to use the force way of getting your community stronger then that is entirely ridiculous

Begging is a request for help, as if now that people treat begging as something that we should avoid of lending a hand. We want to create a maximum happiness, then to decide what is wrong or right, is viewing to see how happy is that person you can make. If there is a beggar in jangan, asking for 10k, would you like to make someone happy today? or making yourself satisfied which is selfish? how does people look on you then? The principle of being a human is happy is right, unhappy is wrong, you make both people happy by charity, by asking if your guildmate have any problems w/e to show that you can make a stronger community. Does i see that in avalon? Answer this, i just left them~

Powerleveling is a contract between the powerleveler and the powerleveled and does not any chance harm your legit union reputation or pride. If you keep thinking the factor about Laziness and get pwlvled you should not think of a single mind at all, think of where to find a decent party? If my build would entirely useless in party then why does rogue save cleric and ints ass all the time? because nobody noticing it. Entirely they keep thinking as rogue a build that useless in party that cancels attack of some wizzy, No. Your thinking should not be single minded and single reason, does not explain rogue dagger/xbow is useless in party.

I did not criticize Avalon's achievement, but their solution is mostly erroneous in morality. This is the reason i quit. Their Ego issue and ignorance.

I do not hate them, but does not mean i wont crush them.

Let me take your argument point by point and tell you what I think.

1) there are some people in Avalon that won't associate with botters at all, but no one's ever told you, you~ can't speak with them. If you chat and say hi to a botter, no one's going to care.
If! someone told you not to talk with xxxx because he's not union... and you listened?! well that's your problem not ours.

And for the globals, most of them are just for show. If you take them seriously well, once again, your problem not ours. If it looks like we're constantly talking smack to them, it's only a handful out of a 300+man union.

2)They have every right to leave the server, it's true they were scolded; they shouldn't have been. But if they're leaving to Hera thinking it'll be any easier than on Venus they're mistaken which is what we were trying to prove.

3)As for the 10k please, most of them aren't noobs. Most of them are saying 10k please just for the hell of it, if they get 10k that's great for them but they don't need it. Most likely, they have more money than you.
(and if they really can't spend 5minutes training to get 10k.... i have nothing to say)

4)As for plvling, you do what you can to have fun.
Appropriate powerleveling would be if a party is missing a tank and I come and tank for you guys. or if you guys are missing damage and lemon comes and goes wiz for you guys.
If you're missing a cleric and miria comes and clerics for you guys, this is appropriate power leveling.

Even at ongs when I was getting semi-plvled I was tanking the ongs at 24, luring them. That's what we expect you guys to be doing, practice your skills, get to know your characters! we don't want you sitting on horses.

Personally, after I hit 30 I forced parties to open at sungs, bunwangs, mujigis, penons, yetis, caves, shakrams, bones. I wanted to level so I made the parties happen, I've had perfectly good parties without a cleric or enough wizards, there are plenty of options available, just because there isn't a perfect party available with 2 tanks a cleric 3wizards and a bard... doesn't mean you need to go ask for plvl.

This isn't aimed at you Naijel because I know you didn't ask for plvl and you started parties and were good in them, this is aimed at all the noobs that think because they don't have a euro party they can't level. I got to where I am now because I took the initiative, most of you wait for good things to come to you or don't think outside of a "euro party"~ or don't want chinese eventhough you're lacking players.

This is partly our fault for showing you how to euro party and nothing else, getting you addicted to the insanely fast exp, so I apologize, however, to think you guys wouldn't have matured enough to find alternatives and complain and then quit is embarassing.

As for the rogues issue.

Rogue's are useless as damage dealers in a party, they reduce the tanks aggro, move mobs, making the party move, and are quite annoying in general.
BUT we never said you (Naijel) were useless in a party. People like Hinamori or Beaver or Vindication aren't useless eventhough they are rogues, it's the person behind the character that makes all the difference, it's just that most rogues think they're the damage dealers in the party and they're mistaken.

If they (whoever you were referring to) say you are useless well ask them for a chance to prove them wrong, and show them what you can do. <-- that's the right attitude. If they don't give you a chance well that's shame on them go find someone else this is an mmorpg, there are plenty of people.

anyway good luck, i know you were trying to set up your own guild before. whatever you do, hope it works out for you.

It's lame if you were begging for plvl like they say. I have some people like that in my union and it really gets old. Theres one person in particular who was higher lvl than me. Then I got about 15 lvls higher from just playing 3 hours a day and now he's asking me for plvl. wtf? :p

And I gotta say that rouges are kinda useless in a party unless the party really needs some extra dmg. I'm a cleric and warriors save me with their buffs and their aggro skills wayyy more than a rouge. I've seen plenty of rouges get kicked from a party to make room so I know others feel the same way. =D

Powerleving in general is not something that I support. I feel that every member should pull their own weight. Sitting on a horse does nothing for you. It does not help you learn your skills, it does not help you learn your character. In fact, I will go as far as saying that I think it hurts people in the long run, because pretty soon you have a higher level character than you know how to appropriately play....and you are now a party liability. I have a semi-regular group of people that I play with. When we have someone new in the party it is immediately obvious when they don't know how to use their character for their intended purpose. Learning and growing with the character you choose is soooooo important.

As far as Avalon being portrayed as a cult, I have a 2 sided view on this. I have been on the outside looking in and now on the inside looking out. The people outside of Avalon do view this union as being very military-ish. They think that they are full of hot air and themselves. But what I have discovered after being a part of Avalon is that they play the game the way it was meant to be played. They expect their union members to carry their own weight. They give great advice on character builds. And they are not to good to help out in lower parties...when they have time. Helping out in lower parties is by no means powerleveling and I think that some people get the two confused. And by no means it is required by higher level players. They obviously didn't have anyone ahead of them to powerlevel them. lol

Regarding 10k please. Patheic. I know people (on a different server) who put on lower level clothes and go around and see who they can dupe into giving them 10k, 5k, 20k etc. lol In the time that it takes to gather up 10k by begging, you could have walked out and killed enough low lvl mobs to make it yourself. Just like in powerleveling, in the 3 hours you spent begging for it, you could have leveled yourself.

As I have said in other posts, people no longer want to work hard to get where they want to be. They want gold HANDED to them, they want their leveling to JUST HAPPEN, they want what they want and they wanted it yesterday. Such a selfish society now-a-days.

I am not a "high level" person. But I have been able to make in 2 1/2 months on Venus..what it took me over a year to do on Venice. I am pleased with only being lvl 54. Sometimes I think I have leveled so fast that I haven't had time to perfect my use of my skills. lol

If people would stop begging and crying and get out there an do what they have to do we wouldn't have any of these problems.
