Help Joymax Help US!!!!

I have no idea if joymax read or cares about this forum, but i really am interested in getting players ideas on how to fix the bot problems, (how do we get rid of the cheating?!?!) There are so many complaints out there, but its hard to find the suggestions to fix the complaints, and since joymax is obviously having a hard time finding some solutions... maybe it's time for the community to start brain-storming -.-

My idea: Place GMs on servers and then give them some volunteer employees under them.. Both the GM's and the staff under them will try to ban as many botters a day as possible on w/e server they are in charge of. (the plan) The volunteers find a bot, opens a new window only the volunteer staff may access, then clicks on the bot, and the bots name will appear in the window. The staff member then hits send, and the GM in charge will pop to there location, and confirm or dis-confirm weather the person is cheating, and will ban the person immediately. Do not pass go, Do not collect 200 dollars. And no bail. This isn't a permanent solution I'm suggesting, it's a suggestion to regain the faith of the players that joymax is really trying, and if players can volunteer, we can feel like we are actually helping..

PLEASE!! post your ideas!!! Lets stop complaining, and start trying to make a difference!!
Lets give joymax no excuse to ignore us! and more excuses to listen to us!

There's been thousands of suggestions. Right now, JM doesn't have enough staff to even process it all.

People can complain all the want, the fact that they are a shitty ass company means more people complain.

Give them a clean post they can actually look at?... then they wont have to skip threw all the garbage..

Maybe people wouldn't complain so much if they could see the effort JM is putting in to helping fix the game... I think JM needs to put out a more personal announcement on the main page as to where the difficulties are, and why things are they way they are.. gosh i just wish they'd start hiring more actively! And communicating better with the gamers -.- the repetitive messages that all read out the same are getting old... We no longer hope to enjoy our gaming experience...

Your suggestion is effective enough just having GM's put on the servers, if there were GM's, there wouldn't be near as much shit in sro.

Banning bots only works for a certain amount of time before they have created new accounts and characters to just farm gold again. Yes, it's a temporary solution, but let's get real it just doesn't fix it =/

How long does it take a bot to reach the caves? or the devil flowers? I'm not suggesting a permanent solution, I'm suggesting a solution that will work better then what is happening now... which seems to be a big fat nothing when it comes to in-game help and support.

GM's are a permanent solution, if they stay and do the job, theres no getting around that, unless they are there 24/7 watching it perhaps, but you can still tell bot from not.

and apparently players have a hard time thinking up ways to prevent those "other" players from supporting the botters. If you can't beat them join them.. is an over rated week point. I don't want to be the little kid picked on by all of the bully's! i know... i'll join the bully's. And pick on the small fry's.

It's aggravating to feel like I'm the only one with this view point of WANTING to figure out a solution w/o going to complain to joymax first.. everyone has given up and would rather just point there fingers and go "NYAH NYAH JOYMAX IS LAME" at this point... i think everyone has the same feelings, i get it.. we all get it.. NOW WHATS NEXT? we just roll over and say i give up?

Now, i want to ask you...Ok, one day you become a helper to GMs. Will you ban every single bot you see? Don't tell me you don't have atleast one friend from this game who bot. 'm not supporting bots, but i know many players that bot and they are my friends. And i'm sure everyone has atleast one friend who bot. So what's happenenig then? All the persons that help GMs will say "Please don't ban "SDFSDF" or "SGSG" because he is my friend. And what's happending next? You just have to have some friends and you continue botting...

I don't know if you get my idea, but the question is...
If you can ban bots and your GF/BF bot will you ban him/her?
If your best friend from school bot will you ban him?
What will you do then? It still will be unfair...
