Is it anygood? i just wanted to know for PVE and PVP what is it better for?

most likely not, becase with rogue and their DD and EX they take alot of dmg. SO most of them choose subclass cleric with bless and recovery division.In short, they'll get owned if their subclas sis warlock =o
