where to lvl after 40 for european character?

there doesn't seem to be any place to lvl after lvl 40 cept for chinese area which only have chinese drops,. so where could i go after 40?

after lv 40 for euro.
it stops there. unless u wanna kill stone golems.

but till then u kill chinese and they will soon start to drop euro items

these are only for people getting pwrlvled, because of the 11 lvl thing.

I am lvl 42 and still getting my butt kicked by mujigis especially in share party.

This Grind schedule is meant for 8men euro party, not recommended for chinese.
If you want to level fast, stick to this.

With this one, you don't need plvl, cause you are doing the plvl by yourself, and learning your build.
