Can Lion SHout+Thunderbolt be used with bow to hit at range?

hi

can lion shout the skill, which causes splash damage ina 2 metre radius, and thunderbolt the chain lightning skill,

be used with a bow so that they cause splash damage at the end of the 18 m bow range?

No. The skill does not show the exact numbers, but you have too be closer than that I believe. If you plan on learning the skill the farther along in the books you go the farther away you can cast it.

thanks.. does this apply to both lion shout and thundertiger..?

edit: i just realised that only the first skill of all the elemental force masteries has the words "imbue a weapon" that means i think only the first skill actually puts elemental damage into a weapon. the reast of the spells are all just spells!

can someone confirm this? (i will probably ask again next time for specifics)
becausse then the next question would be what is the range of the lightning bolt, flame wave and ice storm............... (more than 18m?)

If I'm right, 2nd book of lightning nukes have longer range than 2nd or 3rd fire nukes, but it launches slower than fire nukes. Dont know about those 18 metres. And lion shouts range are always that 4-6 metres.

Lightning nukes have both short range.
Fire nukes have higher range, but still way shorter than bow skills.

They have same casting time (I mean : book1 have same speed, book2 are a little slower to cast), but the cool down is quicker on fire nukes.
Lion shout strikes at same range as fire nukes.
