Howdy!
I was doing a trade run and had to force quite through the task manager. I now get a message that I'm still connected and try again 5 minutes later or the c10 error when I try to log in with my other account. I've re-booted my machine 3 times. Un-installed and re-installed and still getting the same errors.
I did a search for this error on this site and got no returns.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated! TIA

Re: c10 error & still connected to server error
C10 implies a connection is already open to your IP address and TCP port. Most likely the connection wasn't cut correctly, and has not timed out yet. If rebooting your computer didn't fix it, try rebooting your router. If that doesn't help, a NAT router in your ISPs network may be responsible. In that case, write a bug report with your character and server name, explain that your connection remains open, and ask if they can disconnect you.

yea restart router/bridge or disable/re-enable the connection.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Thing is that I don't have a router. I wrote a bug report and will once more re-set the modem to see if that shakes my character loose.

Re: c10 error & still connected to server error
I use firewall etc. but will probably get a router too eventually. Okay, an update of sorts.
I formatted the hard drive hoping the problem was on my end but no luck there either. I still get the 'already connected' message and when I try to log in with my secondary account I still get the c10 error. I've submitted 2 bug reports with no reply or solution. I'm about to cry. There goes my ticket and pet time

Re: c10 error & still connected to server error
As said: this is a network related issue; not a problem with your account. If rebooting your computer didn't solve it, the problem is not on your computer. Probably some NAT router between your computer and the SRO server is keeping the connection alive. If rebooting your modem didn't help either, it's probably at your ISP. The only solution there is for Joymax to disconnect you or wait until the server reboots on Tuesday (or sooner if they do a server check on your server). One additional possibility: try connecting to another server with your normal account; perhaps that will reset the connection at the router.

I guess I'm going to have to wait. I just tried connecting to some other servers with no luck. So much for tickets and pet rentals
Anyways, thanks so much for the help and suggestions! I appreciate it very much!!
