do thieves get paid for killing hunters? thought they only get money from stealing goods

No, but we get paid like the hunters do based on our contributions to the "Thief Guild". Weekly I belive it is tallied up.

But that's for the amount of stolen goods brought in, not for the amount of hunters killed.

I'm not entirely sure if killing hunters (thus gaining thief xp) counts as thief contribution (hence you get paid for it). I do know that you dont get that much thief xp doing it. You get the bulk of your thief contribution from cashing in stolen goods.

I used my Warlock to drop goods, logged out and logged back in and picked up the drops with my glavier and turned it in. Didn't job the rest of the week and got some points. Then the next week all I did was kill hunters, went to check if I got anything and nope, nothing.
