Few questions about Hybrids

I've always just made Pure STR characters, so I have no idea how to build a Hybrid.

1. What does 70:70 mean?

2. What is a good hybrid spear build.. 2:1, 3:1, 7:1 ?

3. ^ when do you add the STR.. how do you keep track ?

4. mm.. 90 spear/ light/ ice 30 fire ?

1. 70:70 basically means u add 1 str for every 1 int u add
2.well i think a good hybrid spear is 85% 1:7one of my fav ^^
3. well i take of all my gears that adds int,str and watch the mag balance once it reaches to the % i want i add to str
4.yup u got uhh that 1 spear moves that raise ur mag. def by alot so fire isnt that imprortant also ull be ready for 90 cap ^^

Meanings: Person above me is partially wrong

1. 70:70 is when your naked magical balance and Naked physical balance are about 70:70, this type of build is one of the many Int hybrids out there. This build is not 1:1 as the person above is insinuating. 70:70 is near impossible to achieve and most people have either 69:70 or 70:69 wither way it is still INT hybrid. 70:70 works best with spear hybrids and bow hybrids. If you go 70:70 I would not suggest getting Nukes. When you're not Naked you don't have a 70:70 balance, but you have an 80:80 [round about] balance.
   
2. Good Hybrid spear builds are all about preference, the more str you have the more physical dmg you do, whilst the more int you have the more magical dmg you do. If you plan on being a nuker i would suggest 7:1 or pure. If you plan on relying heavily on Heuksal i would suggest 70:70 [80:80] or 2:1. Odd numbered builds are hard to maintain. With 7:1 its just 10 levels of str.
   
3. With builds such as 90% balance or 70:70 [80:80] You judge by looking at the physical and/or magical balance. With builds such as 3:1 or 2:1 or 7:1 you find out the ratio of str to int you need to add, and afterwards simply keep track of it through either A]your head, B]Pen and Paper, or C]determine at which levels you need to add what ahead of time.
   
4. The only reason i could see taking Ice would be the increased physical defense and of course the infamous snow shield. Your going hybrid i would suggest dropping ice for that extra physical attack power you gain from Fire. SO IMO: 90 heuksal, fire, light, and 30 ice.

Maybe you could do something funky like 90spear/lighting and 60 fire/ice.

*im a 70:70 bow hybrid, and actually I AM using lightning nuke alot (thinking to change my stats to 1:1, maybe)

*if he's going 1:7 I wouldn't recommand 30 ice
