For what it is it's pretty good

Maybe blend MegaMan more. I don't know how to make that border :cry:

Wow, this is really different from what you've always done. The border is gorgeous and you enchanced it by adding the text on the top. Its brilliant! The one thing I would do is blur the background and smudge around the render a bit to blend.
