Farming or not?

I'm currently a lvl 43 pure int and my fire mastery is 43 and lightning 40, but I wannna take up bicheon too since I use s/s so should I farm and learn all 3 masteries?

Yes. Also raise cold mastery. Cold has the snow shield. Snow shield is a great tool for a pure int :)
