Gatorade is not an energy drink. It is a psrts drink that restores sodiums and sugars and sh1t after you exercise.
Energy drinks are a scam if you ask me. They've got all these cool looking logos and cans and all these ingredients I'm willing to bet 90% of the people who preach about them don't even know what they are. If anything even happens, it is probably just a placebo effect when you drink an energy drink.
