Question about Fire Combustion!

Well I just added the skill, maxed it to Lv4 but whenever I use it I don't get it but other players do? Someone explain to me how it works exactly

If you have the skill to 4, it means you can detect anybody who's stealth level is 4, if I'm not mistaken.

When you activate the skill, if there is a stealth rogue with stealth activate at or below the level of fire combustion you have, then the rogue will get the "debuff". This disables his/her stealth so they become visible (the stealth skill will still be there but has a big X on it indicating that the skill is disabled).

Its like I said, a debuff...

Its like casting bleed, you inflict it on your opponent, you dont want bleed on you :s. When you inflict fire combustion to your opponent, they cant go into stealth.

Fire combustion is created to confront those that cannot be seen.
Blow in the fire power to the eyes, this skills is not used for attack or defense, but to bring into sight those that are unseen

Why is chinese people getting it too then
