guild logo help please =)

can someone help me and make it smaller i think 8bit map something like that guild logo :3 me and none of my union can xD
(and i never done it o.o) i wasn't to sure where to make this topic so i made it here mods feel free to move to gd if necessary


also if u don't want to do it but u know a free program where i can do it myself (hope its easy) tell me ;d
