What do you do when you're nervous?

It depends on how nervous I am, but I usually frown and tend to stare at the floor. Its rare for me to make any movements.

I hide or run away. I haven't yet been in a position where I haven't been able to hide or run away yet, so when the time comes I'm really screwed because I don't know what I'll do then.

In sport before a match or race, i tend to start singing in my head really fast and it kinda blocks alot out lol.

I'm never really nervous, I'm usually just more or less relaxed and stuff that would make people nervous(e.g. exams etc) make me more relaxed, like I'm in my element. :s

You dont necessarily have to digest what choked you.

my fish got killed because of hair. my sister had dropped one and the fish ate it and died. one end came out of the mouth the other one out of the butt >.<

If I get nervous in conversation, I tend to ramble and mumble and then I start blushing because it's obvious and soon enough I just shut myself up. Nervous otherwise, I crack my knuckles, my toes. I snap my fingers a lot in time with my footsteps to keep my mind occupied and if I can, I chew on things. Pen caps, my glasses, the little plastic inserts in bottle caps.

When I get nervous, my mouth always gets really dry for some reason.
I always keep a pack of gum on me for occasions like that. But I don't really get nervous much, in all honesty.

When i get nervous, my heart rate increases ... alot = sudden burst of energy.
thats why i bring a girl with me whenever i get TPing or stupid stuff like that. (i tell her to hit on me (when i least expect it) so i can get energy before out activities.)
