I don;t know if there is a bug , but i have blocked atack from a mob using a som lvl 16 bow whit 100% increase block.

there is no blue critical on blade only "block ratio" and the block ratio for blade makes it so the opponent's shield will have less blocks than normal so say if the opponents shield has 20 br then 100% blue on the weapon will make the shield only block 60% of 20% so around 13% br instead of 20


now the blue on a shield called "block critcal ratio"
makes it so if you have a shield and with that blue will make it so you wont get hit by a crit as often same formula as above

Of course glaiver can block. But it's not because of the block 60(100%). There is a skill in Fanning Storm series that make it possible to block 32% for 15s.
The blue in weapon is a block parry.
Ex: if a blader has 20 BR from his sun shield, and has 8% BR passive. His blocking total is 28%.
- 28% that a "BLOCK" word will occur
- 60% your weapon will stop the "BLOCK"
So his total BR will be reduce to 28 * 60% = 16.8 => 16 BR

My Blade has a blue --> Block 100 (100%)

So this means no shield can block my attacks? Because i have 100% Block?

yes I have also seen a person without a shield get a block when pvping, doesnt happen very offen but it can happen.

I remeber there was someone say: anti block is the oppsoite of your block
So if u have a weapon block 60(100%) and enemy has shield BR 17(70%)
Formula will be like this: 70-60=10 => BR 11(10%)
weapon block 100(100%): 70-100=-30 => BR 7(-30%)

That might have been me lol my friend and I thought it was that about 2 weeks after blues alchemy came out. I don't think that's it anymore though... =S
