Is anyone else embarassed to ask for parties?

Maybe I'm just playing too many video games, but I somehow relate to asking for party with asking out women :shock:

Because if I ask, I'm afraid they will get mad at me for bothering them, or they will reject my offer

So, ever since I've started playing this game, I have not been in one party so far. I've never even been asked in an invitation! But I hear that Each Gain Exp or whatever is good. So why wouldn't people accept? I dunno. But either way I'm still a bit embarassed to ask for party

lol I do sometimes, depends on who it is I guess, always feel like i'm saying "resssss" or something, basically I just go to the pt spot and sit most of the time, usualy get an invite~

Man, why do you care so much. This is nothing compare to asking a woman out, you dont see them and it's ONLINE. Plus if you were asking a woman out and she rejects you, so what. AT LEAST YOU ASK(TRY), if you dont try you dont know. That's what being a man is all about, we take charge.

its quite embarrassing if you go up to a girl and forget to flick ur bonor up into ur waste ban and ask her to go out with u, but she was quite impressed

I find it annoying when people ask for party if I am grinding solo, aint it fecking obvious I am solo? LIEK NO ONE AROUND MAN!

However, when I am grinding with a bunch, i dont care if they ask. If there level is okies, I invite them, if they are to low level I tell them its full ^^.

Well since I am at such a low level lol their's really no point of me going into parties since the only parites I go into are Pwlvling and with my friends so Ican get pwrlvld lol..but about you feel like asking a girl out eh I don't see how it's even close lol unless you've never had a girlfriend..

Problem: Afraid to ask for parties on SRO.

Answer: Make a chic character and say you are a girl. This drastically increases your chances of getting in the party. A little flirting never hurt either. :wink:

friend dropped an sos and some guys rabbit got it. he has a female char and got it back right after he was done pvp. so i dropped mine and he wouldnt give it back. oh well. then i dropped a lvl 16 sos glaive outside jg and a gold bot ran up and jacked it.

Just join a good party via the party window.

If you mean a shared party, just ask; tons of people ask and nobody thinks it's weird or whatever. Be friendly and ask them in a nice way, don't spam them with 'pt plssssss'. The worst you can get is a 'No'. And if that happens, just ask someone else.

No, embarrassed is the last emotion I would have upon asking an existing party for recruitment.

SRO is a virtual world, virtual characters. No one will know nor care how embarrassed you are-chances are, the people you ask to pt with you will never meet again.

Agreed. Some people feel like asking the first good looking girl they see on the street out, others don't. Don't let people pressure you.
In parties, simply advertise how awesome you are. Say like "lvl 25 wizard looking for party, I can 1-hit lvl 30 monsters, pm me" or something along those lines. Then just whisper a random guy and say "pt?" And if all that doesn't work, just use party match. Good luck =)
