I don't think I am going to try for +9. Some say you only have like a 5% to 15% chance it will go even if you max out all the better chances of alchemy success (powder lucky stones premium).

This 2handed sword is the best on troy that I have seen now. I don't think anyone else has a +8 2handed with a 14 crit or better. Anything I hit now does crazy damage.

How much ya think its worth? I am at the point where I want to stop playing silkroad for a while and invest the gold into the 90 cap when ever that happens, maybe June or July?

I guess I am not the crazy heh

5 to 15% chance of successs? i guess u heard that from someone whos probaly never went for +9 at all.

people like this are the reason why +9's rarely exist. everyone's too scared to go pass +7 and the 1's who do stop at +8.

i CAN say that because the facts are right here, what does +13 have to do with this thread? from what i read 2 other people besides me on this thread succeeded +9 and ur the only 1 who failed. the odds look good to me

so game mechanics go by srf now? dozens of ppl have tried +9 ingame that don't visit srf, many of them failed. i know 3 ppl in venice that failed +9, that already messes up ur %.

we can never know the exact alchemy mechanics but we can get a general idea of it by statistics.

aege alone has made over 10 72+9 weapons and about half of those 72+9 weapons on aege went to +9 on the first attempt from +8.

with those stats i can easily say the success rate is around 40% with a premium + lucky stone
