Fast2Death is a friend of mine he said he was getting free powerlvl from legits and wanted me to join him. I haven't been able to access Venus due to heavy server traffic, at least now i know those so called Legits were Illegitimate. Still can't access server due to server traffic. I'm 99.99% away from making a full transition from Playing on Venus to waiting for Hera. Oh well *sigh* was really hoping to be in midnight.

As pay-for-plvl services - to my knowledge - violate Joymax's ToS, the user sr972 has been banned. Fly and other Avalonites, please keep the drama to a minimum. now, back to the topic at hand. thx.

There is really no ToS violate for "pay-for-plvl" service. It is just a violate if you sell accounts/items for real money.

I play also on Venus. And if you act like this way you have to ban half of Avalon and its union too, cause they use low level characters for disconnecting people. And this is a violate on JM's ToS:

Bug exploitation (copying of items and etc.)
Penalty is dependent on severity of bug impact on game, duration of exploitation. All content generated from bugs will be deleted.

If i understand correctly your wanting to get Avalonians banned for disconnecting BOTTERS because of a glitch in there BOT PROGRAM. i really doubt Sui would ban us for DCing botters. i dont use lower lvl characters to do it i use my main because i like to see them b**** because....guess what, i f****** hate botters. The service that person offers is to effectively enable a player to purchase a char at a higher level +/- sp farmed. They could hand grind a char and sell later (violation of ToS), or did what they claim to do ie get paid, take control of an account, powerlevel it, and give it back to the customer (violation of ToS). Even so, the pic clearly shows the powerleveler is oblivious to the ongoings of its powerleveled members (enabling avalon members to keep doing what they do). How you wish to intepret is up to you .

That exploit is an exploit against players using bots. Its not an exploit against the game or game client itself. It isnt a bug on the game or game client, but of a bot.
