How to have a moving avatar?

im confused, how do i have a moving avatar? I see some moderators have it and lots of normal people, how do i make them, or where do i get them from?

You can animate your own *.gif pics, or search for one you like. Just be mindful on the image memory size .

They're not difficult to create, depending on the program you use. If you use Photoshop, you also have this little program that comes with it, called ImageReady, which enables you to make a moving image very easily.

You can have a layer for each 'frame', or you can import a video file and convert it to a .gif.

You can find many tutorials about how to learn this, it's really not difficult!

I once had that moving Kakashi Avatar (don't worry if you don't remember, it was only for shor) and I just found it on the web...
