Of course glaiver can block. But it's not because of the block 60(100%). There is a skill in Fanning Storm series that make it possible to block 32% for 15s. The blue in weapon is a block parry. Ex: if a blader has 20 BR from his sun shield, and has 8% BR passive. His blocking total is 28%. - 28% that a "BLOCK" word will occur - 60% your weapon will stop the "BLOCK" So his total BR will be reduce to 28 * 60% = 16.8 => 16 BR

Fail

BR 100 is achievable on 8d weapons, so the formula has to be incorrect, none the less it has a big effect on the amount blocked, and fanning storm only works on magical attacks
They can block whithout that skill. I don;t know if there is a bug , but i have blocked atack from a mob using a som lvl 16 bow whit 100% increase block. I was amaised too..
can someone confirm the formula again. coz its right, 100 Blocking Ratio is obtainable on 8D weapons.
btw its 2 different thing, bout glavie skill blocking and the blocking ratio blue on the weapons. Stop confusing them together as the same thing.

I remeber there was someone say: anti block is the oppsoite of your block So if u have a weapon block 60(100%) and enemy has shield BR 17(70%) Formula will be like this: 70-60=10 => BR 11(10%) weapon block 100(100%): 70-100=-30 => BR 7(-30%)

u made a account jsut to say that?
and thats wrong, theres no way a bow can block, only shields can

I strongly doubt that's how it works. Because if you have 0%block on the shield (10) and 100 block perry on the weapon (100% on 8D), would that mean you have -100% block = 0? No. Because I have br10 and I block people with 100% blue.
So that's definitely not how the formula works. You can't just assume the block perry is a percent value, and subtract that from shield % value, especially when on a sun 100% is completely different than 100% on regular shields.
