Multi-Client is a modded version of the SRO client that allows you to log onto multiple accounts / characters. As far as my knowledge knows, its illegal and shouldn't be used. If you want to PLVL your char with another one of your chars, just use 2 computers or a computer and a laptop.

you could also do it another way by running a virtual operating system, but its not easy to do.

Thats what I did, VMWare is what its called. But its tricky to set up. I have a problem running my internet connection on my real and virtual PC at the same time. Check it out if ya need it.
