10k is the cost to teleport form jangan to hotan. Back in the days before euro if someone didnt have the money for it ( ussually a stripped hacked account or a brand new account ) people would ask for 10k so they could get to hotan for w/e reason.

Now its pretty much just a meme.

I got asked for my character for 10k by someguy named FuZzZzZzZz_tR(I FINK)
i goes ok(to pretend) he goes OMG THANK THANK...(Eventually*10mins later*) he goes around to a high lvl in donwhang and goes to every high lvl going 10k plz im bay account(lol) for 10k, he gets it after like 5minutes then he comes back going I GAT 10K ID AND PW?? (without exchange window haha what a idiot) i put in fake id and pw then he goes OMG THANK THANK!!! I hack yow now then i go, its a wrong id and pw numnuts he goes OMG FAK YOU STUPPID ENGLYSH MAN!! I HACK YOUR MUM(LOL!!)
