sometime a little complaining can go a long way, who knows maybe give it a try, if nothing else annoy the hell out of them, just like they do with not banning gold bots.

um i never called La before and i dont know how much is the call going to be per min and if i got a cell phone free nights and weekends will i be charged i dont really know never called a company in another state o.o

i would guess 20 cents a minute maybe, I have unlimited minutes on my cell with no long distance in North America, so im not really sure.

it is pointless to exasperate the situation. Calling in "collect" does not solve the gold bot issue, nor does it bring in any revenue to Joymax. Do you want updates? Then don't do something as inane as calling "collect". Less money ~ slower updates

Call in ask inquisitive questions such as; What do you think of the current situation occurring in the ravaged Isro community and do you think it is possible to purge the environment of the corrupt [gold buyers and player bots].

You call them and complain it will be like calling Wal-Mart or Target and saying "hello I want to report someone shoplift" or "hello I want to report I saw some lady with a bunch of kids making a mess in the food court" it's something they already know goes on obviously so just suck it up, or if you call be sure to record it and post it on youtube because that would be funny

nice. I prefer not to encourage this but i did leave them a message, although; it was not fueled by angst I managed to get a simple question across: How long do you wait until increasing the capacity of a 2500 capacity server?

They know about gold bots etc, bugging them about it will only annoy them. Especially since the Cali office in San Jose has their hands tied on any and all issues, specifically; gold buyers who power gold bots, and player bots who apparently are the majority in game. ~ They can't do much, sry.
