New Nuker... Help?

Ok... Im back... I been reading alot and I sort of think I have an idea.. Now... I got 30 and got my nukes =P w00t! now what? I went level 1-29 killing with sword/imbue... now I have nukes... do I totally do away with my sword skills and just nuke? I had a nice little system when I used sword... but now I don't know hwo to efficiently nuke... I was talking to some people thay said go imbue/fire nuke/light nuke/lion shout... it seems to work so but I donno... there has got to be a better way?!?! any ideas?!?

u should be able to 2/3 hit mobs at ur level. but since ur sword. i dont know...
imo spear > sword for nukers (as their main).

just experiment. and set a system for urself. its different for everyone.

go for mobs that you can nuke + lionshout.. should be green unless you have SOS

i thought nuking was use of the bow to fire the missle to nuke...?

No. Nuking is using a magic based skill like the fireball, or the lightning bolt, or the snowball (lol).

Honestly, you eventually find that the weapon is only there so you can increase your damage. I reached lvl 44 the other day and realize how little i actually use my spear skills. I'm considering de-leveling the entire tree to 0 and just focus on my 3 force skills. ( i did 1 str to 2 int until lvl 12 though so I have "extra" hp already).

I agree with RaiKiRii, nuke/lionshout. That's all it should take, if not kill things a little lower level than what you're currently killing, unless you have no choice. At your level imbued weapon skills may serve as finishers if the 2/3 nuke combination doesn't do it but that's it!!!

For a long time I have used both nukes and chains skills in pve.
You can use nuke + KD too. Less mp used and kill speed remains the same.

im a lvl 33 with my nukes at 30 cus i need some sp before i hit 40. i use spear and i can kill scorpions in one nuke and a ghost spear, and flowers in 2 nukes. black yeowa take 2 nukes and a ghost spear, red take the same plus a lion shout. so you dont have to go own up on greenies if you dont want to. i went over to the dead ravine for a while and as long as youve got nova to freeze you can kill them in a few nukes+spear skills. idk how well youd do with blade tho.

not really on topic...but if i wanted a little more hp, would it be a bad idea to go 2 to 1 with int and str respectively for a few levels? i dont wanna die so much anymore...

that requires running up though, if you were to use a sword skill i would use blood blade force (?) if remember correctly, that's a ranged attack.
