What does this do

I was looking at some of my skills and i saw this one and i realized i didnt know what it actually did. Can anyone tell me if the things circled in red apply to me or the person i buffed. Thanks in advance.

you know, when you get str or int buffs from a cleric?
If you level that passive, everytime you get str or int buff from a cleric, it'll give you those extra str/int points ^_^

I think the tooltip is very clear. The person who got that buff has str/int increase. And skill works if only u wear light armor.

yeah its clear on that but it doesnt say who gets it...me or whoever i buff

Check the "When blessed" That means you i presume
