Well it's really just a modernized stand up fighting version of all the tradition Chinese martial arts. It has punches, kicks, throws, grapples, knee and elbow strikes although knee and elbow strikes aren't used as much as muay thai. Mostly keeping people at distance and throwing kicks, and lots of counters.
