At times they do seem to listen to SOME suggestions from the public, be it a very rare occurrence but at times it does seem like theyre doing SOMETHING, if you noticed we got these new pets, even though imo its more milkage, this is a sign that we are not too far from the KSRO playing field at all. They are keeping us up to date more than they have been before and for that they deserve some slight credit. But when it comes to fixing or even attempting to take a jab at the vast problems that are obvious and almost synonymous with SRO such as bots, they just fail epically, although in a companies perspective these bots are still paying customers, so if theyre not forced to why ban money? I dont support this point of view, but I hope it just makes some people understand, that this is how most companies would run, even though I would take Blizzard over Joymax in a heartbeat.

I just wish they'd solve the problems the game also has, aswell as its good things.

Agreed. This game does have a lot to offer, and I think it's designed quite well with the graphics and game play, etc. As far as the bot problem goes, player bots MAY be a bit harder for the GMs to find, a little.

However, with the gold bots, each and every one that comes out a given gate will stop at a specific point for a few seconds before following its predetermined path. They could simply put a "hot spot" in their database where if a character lands on that precise spot, for a specified time (and perhaps moving to the next "hot spot" shortly after, instantly ban them. It doesn't have to be a permanent ban, but maybe a 3-5 day ban for "suspicious behavior".

Get banned too many times for "suspicious behavior"? Perma-ban.

That should lighten the gold bot traffic a bit. Those characters are never even grinded by real people, so no harm banning them really.

Conspiracy theorists may say "oh Joymax won't ban them because they hire gold companies and share profits!!!". Well, Joymax could make better profit by selling gold in their item mall, and have happier customers. (even then, I still wouldn't buy gold.)

They can at least "fix" the goldbots then... but theres a loss of $$ in that too... less traffic -> less premiums bought. I think JM sold out completely. :/

What does a premium cost? $20? So fix the gold bot problem, give Premium Access to anyone that buys $20+ worth of stuff from the Item Mall in a given month (alchemy anyone?), and profits shouldn't be that affected. I think if traffic problems were better, more people would be more willing to spend more money on the Item Mall to support Joymax.

Chargeback + quit the game. That's what I would do in that situation.

I think they have terrible translators. The quest items names are often confusing, the NPC's are sometimes agressive.... I think the game is just terrible in everything that concerns writting and reading, in other words, communication with the player.

But for everything else Joymax are doing a great job, the graphics are excellent, the game play is perfect and it's upadet quite often.

So yeah I think Joymax aren't bad, they just need to put more effort on game security (against bots) and translating. Then the game will be just excellent.

+1. i completely agree. if only the gm's finally ban all the bots and are able to block future bots, this game would be the best. seriously :D

and the grammar, seriously stop using babelfish to translate korean into english. Pay some english teachers to write for you
