You dont need a credit card to sign up to paypal. You can move funds from a nominated bank account, so you could make purchases using paypal.

i'm assuming bot..but you dont need a credit card to sign up but u do need a way to transfer money to ur paypal account and then pay from your account. [/code]

Through your bank account only works when the banks in your country support that feature, because here in Belgium, it's not supported. There are too many costs on the transfers. But yeah if it's supported, it's possible to do so.
