Decent MMORPG?

Now, I am looking for a low to medium grind MMO with a large population of people, with a SRO like style, and it can be free to play or pay to play, doesnt matter, sro is more expensive then WoW anyways.

So, any suggestions? RYL was good till it collapsed :(

ryl was amazing, i think there is an american version of it.
