No, the one you saw with the lvl 48 spear is fake. My unionmaster has a +11 Xbow it is still the same (Blue).

but my +223453 weapon has a green glow with little orbiting fireballs around it. and from time to time it's so strong it dcs people when i pvp them.

This is no better than +10....+9 at 100% m.atk is ~2107 or something, I can't remember exactly. So this sure sucks for a +13 sosun.

oh god.. +9 glow goes from green to blue... for the last time there is no glow after +9 and probably never will be.

Yup. No matter how many pics you've seen with different glows. There is only +3,+5,+7,and +9 and up. All the other glows are Pk2 edited.
