Why would they even try to make a historical movie if it isn't accurate at all?

but actually in the Myth about this story, it say s that there actually is like 500-600 ppl on elephants... and most of the other were with horses.

1. This book that you are readed or the film was make off ... is from 1998 you say ? Strange I have a book with this story from 1952 year. And its copied from the original story that is even more older then 2000 years by now.... I dont care about this novel.
2. And actually only 300 spartains and no greeces at all hold the persians at one patch near some rock close to the see that only ONE man can pass and thats how actually they managed to keep them for one week.

In that time there wasnt any greece, there was Elenny (*Idk if I spell it right in english) the ancestors of the Greece and Spartains was from this Elennys, the name "spartain" comes from ONE city, named Sparta (remember sparta isnt kingdom or somthing, sparta was a small city with warriors society in the place of todays north Greece. And one more thing, many missunderstand taht Spartak is from sparta, actually Spartak isnt spartain at all... but this is other topic ) so this means this 1300 greeces never exist, this is bullshits writen in novel, but who cares when the americans dont know where their country is ? LOL@you.. this link that you post is a history of Greece, but Greece nowadays that we know, as I said already in the time were this happens the Greece culture just was come to this lands thanks to the Elinnys and when the Elinnys mixt up a liitle with the home culture and religions and ppl after that the Greece start to becoming the true ancient greece that we know. As I said, Elinnys is an ancestors of the ancient greece community and if the Greece ppl comes to this lands like 1500 BC the Elinnys was here maybe ~2000 BC. So this is what I talk about. The spartains and many other tribes and cities in the territories of the Greece (that exist today in this terriotories) wasnt greec at all, there was Elinnyes or Slavians (some of the ppl who mixt with the Elinnys and became an ancient Greece, and some of the ppl who they took many of their religion, gods, culture and etc.)
