Totally pointless post but, I'm at work and just ran to the Student Union where there is a Smoothie King and I got a smoothie. I made it with strawberries, peanut butter, protein, honey and splenda. IT's like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in a smoothie! SOOO FRACKING GOOD!!!

you talk about protein like taking it will destroy you....moderation and a balanced diet....besides you take asprin everyday i wonder whats thats doing for your kidneys...
