Your math is wrong. It would depend on the FPS of the video, but it's definately not 1,000 FPS.

1 picture is worth a thousand words.

60 pictures (every second one so 1FPS is what he counts) X 1000 = 60.000

but the framerate is higher than 1fps

Each frame is a picture, there are more pictures displayed in the one second timeframe than one.

Although, I will admit I misread what he wroote and didn't see the words after 60,000.
