Help with guild picture

hay, im sure people already ask this question but i cbf searchign for it cuz this forum is HUGE!

heres my problem

guild is ready for picture

bought the guild emblem rego thingo already

picture size is 16x16 256 bmp which is 8bit right? guild emblem said 24bit but someone told me to make it 8bit which is 256, correct me if wrong

and yes its in my SRO folder

cant figure out wats wrong

any link to any guide about this topic will help or ur input

doesnt work still

doing everything right, says in game "the file does not follow the format, please check the size and format"

file is 16x16, 24bit also tried 256 bitmap and nothing keeps saying "the file does not follow the format, please check the size and format"

i tunred off firewall too

more help please....

16x16 24bit..save it as guildmark.bmp

dump it into your sro folder and use the scroll
